Refund and Returns Policy – HostnLaunch

At HostnLaunch, we care about your satisfaction and strive to offer full clarity regarding our refund and return policy.


Refund Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Refunds

  • The item/service must be unused and in the same condition it was received.

  • For physical items (if any), it must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a refund.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products (templates, downloads, tools, etc.) are non-refundable.

  • Training programs that have been attended, fully or partially, are non-refundable.

  • Downloaded software or products with completed delivery.

  • Services that have already been initiated or delivered.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or coupons.


Training Program Exception

If you enrolled in a training program and the first session did not meet your expectations, you may cancel your participation after the first session only and request a full refund. Refunds are not available after the second session begins.


How Refunds Are Processed

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.

  • Double-check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is posted.

  • Contact your bank – processing time varies.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace physical items (if any) that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at info@hostnlaunch.net and ship the item to the address we provide.


Shipping Returns (if applicable)

If you’re returning a physical product:

  • Ship it to the address we will provide via email.

  • You are responsible for your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return.
If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
